Free Tyre Rack Promotion

1. The "Free Tyre Rack Promotion" is organised by Carasel Holdings Pty Ltd and is open to all customers who place an order for the limited edition Mighty Car Mods [MCM] trailer.
2. The Promotion is valid for the first 10 customers that purchase the custom MCM trailer after the promotion launch date of 1st June 2024.
3. To qualify for the Promotion, customers must place a MCM trailer order through the official carasel.com.au website or directly through authorised sales channels.
4. The Promotion entitles eligible customers to receive one free tyre rack and installation, valued at $1,799, with their custom MCM trailer order.
5. The free tyre rack will be included in the shipment of the custom MCM trailer and will be installed by our team prior to delivery.
6. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by Carasel Pty Ltd.
7. The Promotion is subject to availability. Once the allocated quantity of free tyre racks has been claimed, the Promotion will no longer be valid, even if the promotion period has not expired.
8. The first 10 eligible customers who place a qualifying custom MCM trailer order will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of their order submission.
9. The Promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value. The free tyre rack cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
10. Carasel Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Carasel Pty Ltd shall be final.
11. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other rules, regulations, or guidelines set forth by Carasel Pty Ltd.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, along with any relevant regulations or guidelines set forth by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Fair Trading New South Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
